FOUNDERSCIRCLE

Poker House 210 is opening on the South Side, where San Antonio's card rooms aren't. We want the neighborhood in it from day one: as founding members now, and as founding partners when the law lets us open the door to community investment.

What a room full of regulars is worth.

Move the sliders. Every number is hours played times the hourly seat rate, the same way the market research counts it.

San Antonio rooms typically charge $10 to $15 an hour. Poker House 210 hasn't set its rates. This is market arithmetic, not a forecast for this business.

The map

Every room is up north. The South Side is open.

Every poker room we know of in San Antonio sits north or west of downtown, along I-10, US 281, San Pedro, Culebra and US 90 West. The South Side and the East Side, out toward the bases, don't have a single one. Brooks sits right where I-37 meets Loop 410.

FOUNDERS CLUB

Founding member

PLANNED FOR OPENING

A prepaid founding membership, sold before we open, with perks that stay with you. It's a membership, not an investment.

  • Your name on the founders wall inside the house
  • A gold founders chip, numbered
  • Free hours of seat time to start
  • Priority seating on opening week
  • Invites to founders-only nights

Tiers, prices and perks are proposals and haven't been set.

FOUNDING PARTNERS

Community investor

INTEREST LIST ONLY

We'd like neighbors to be able to own a piece of the house. That has to go through a legal offering, likely on an SEC-registered crowdfunding platform or a Texas-only offering. We're not there yet.

  • Tell us you're interested and roughly how much you'd consider
  • You'll hear first if and when an offering opens
  • Any offering will come with its own documents, risks and terms
  • No money is being asked for or accepted on this page

Questions

Fair questions.

Can I invest in Poker House 210 today?

No. This page only collects interest. Selling ownership to the public requires a legal offering, and we won't take money until an attorney has set one up properly.

What's the difference between Founders Club and Founding Partner?

Founders Club is a prepaid membership with perks, like a gym's founding membership. A Founding Partner would own a stake in the business through a formal offering, which may or may not happen.

Do I have to be wealthy to be a Founding Partner?

Not necessarily. Some structures, like registered crowdfunding, are open to everyday investors with limits on how much each person can put in. Others are only for accredited investors. The structure hasn't been chosen.

Are those revenue numbers a promise?

No. They're seat-fee arithmetic from San Antonio market rates. Poker House 210 hasn't set prices, and any real offering would include its own financial information and risks.

Where exactly is it, and when do you open?

Brooks City Base on San Antonio's South Side. The exact address and opening date will be announced together.
